What is it?

Personal Coaching is the art of facilitating the development of a person’s potential to achieve coherent goals and far-reaching changes. In this process, the coach helps the coachees to clarify their goals, whether they are personal, professional, relational, etc. and puts them on the way to achieve their goals.

Personal coaching aims at those who want to grow personally or professionally. The objective is to create changes that are real, durable, practical and directly applicable. We use personal coaching with the goal that everybody finds answers on all his or her questions and that everybody can achieve his or her objectives.

How do we work?

The relationship between coach and client develops in a sound framework of trust in the other person. The coach focuses his attention on the development of the skills that improve the different domains of the persons, either if it’s about his or her love life, relational life, physical shape or reaching personal goals. On certain moments the coach helps the client (coachee) to become aware of his or her shortages in order to be in a better position to achieve his or her objectives. The coach helps the person to get the best out of himself/herself and to search the way that brings him or her from the position in which he or she finds himself/herself right now to the point where he or she wants to be.

Does a coach motivate the person?

It’s the person himself/herself that has to be motivated to develop himself/herself and has to believe that he or she will become happier. The coach motivates and encourages on difficult moments. What he does is putting the motivation on the right road so that it changes into a productive work. First, the goals that the coachee wants to achieve are set. The facts are analysed and an action plan to achieve the goals is made.

How long does it take?

Most of the time, the process takes about 3 months with 1 session of 60 minutes every week, although no guarantee can be given. The period between 2 sessions is determined by mutual agreement and varies between 7 and 15 days.
